A 16-year-old adolescent was arrested in the district of Ilobasco, located in the municipality of Cabañas Oeste, El Salvador. The minor was detained by soldiers from the Salvadoran Armed Forces (FAES) after authorities found multimedia content referencing street gangs stored on his mobile phone.
