Aston Villa’s Rachel Daly: ‘It’s given me more of a focus: club football is my one job’

Former England striker Rachel Daly has spoken about her decision to retire from international football, stating that the move has provided her with a renewed sense of focus as she concentrates entirely on her club career with Aston Villa.

In addition to her commitments in the Women's Super League, where Aston Villa is preparing to face Chelsea, Daly has pursued hobbies outside of football, notably taking up golf and achieving a handicap of 19 during the summer months.
