On Tuesday, the wife of NFL player Tyreek Hill testified during the first day of a civil assault-and-battery trial in Florida, alleging that Hill attacked and verbally abused her in 2024 while she was pregnant.

The court proceedings commenced a day after ESPN reported that Hill was potentially positioned to sign a new NFL contract soon.
