Attorney seeks to suppress evidence in alleged Lake Brantley High School murder plot case

The attorney for one of the suspects in an alleged murder plot at Lake Brantley High School has filed a motion to suppress all evidence obtained through what they termed an "illegal seizure, search, and subsequent questioning," court records show.
