Mexican authorities locate two tunnels used for fuel smuggling

Mexican authorities announced on Tuesday the discovery of two tunnels used for the illegal extraction of fuel from pipelines owned by the state oil company, Petróleos Mexicanos. The tunnels were identified as part of an ongoing effort to combat the theft of hydrocarbons, a practice colloquially known in Mexico as 'huachicol'.
