Actress and television personality Aylín Mujica has announced the premiere of the fifth season of “Top Chef VIP” for August 11, alongside her return to the show's recordings.

The announcement comes amidst a period of personal mourning for Mujica. She is returning to work just two weeks after the death of her 31-year-old son, Mauro Menéndez, who passed away in Barbados due to health complications.
