Banco Pichincha adquiere Diners Club: SBS autoriza incorporación

Banco Pichincha Perú has received official authorization from the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS) to incorporate Diners Club Perú into its corporate structure as a subsidiary company.

The regulatory approval allows the financial institution to advance with the planned transaction to acquire the specified stake in Diners Club Perú.
