Bayern Munich board member for sport Max Eberl and CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen sign contract extensions

Eberl, 52, joined the record Bundesliga champions in 2024 following previous spells with Borussia Mönchengladbach and RB Leipzig. A former Bayern youth team player, Eberl was instrumental in bringing head coach Vincent Kompany to the club and has also overseen several high-profile transfers, including the arrivals of Colombian winger Luis Díaz and 2025/26 Bundesliga Player of the Season Michael Olise.
