Spanish trial rider and double world champion Berta Abellán commented on the unpredictable nature of the competition following the conclusion of the championship at the permanent circuit in Pobladura de las Regueras, León.

Speaking to EFE on September 20, Abellán noted that she was aware that anything could happen until the second and final event was completed.
