Malawi and Cameroon have reached the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) final after contrasting semi-final victories on Wednesday. With the match still goalless in the 118th minute, Morocco were awarded a penalty, but Bihina kept out Fatima Tagnaout’s effort from 12 yards to keep Cameroon alive.

Cameroon will now look to complete their impressive run by lifting the WAFCON trophy, while Malawi will be aiming to claim the continental title in what promises to be a historic final.
