Bill aims to improve autonomous vehicle response to emergencies

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- A Bay Area congressman announced a plan Tuesday to introduce federal legislation that would improve coordination between autonomous vehicle companies and first responders. Kevin Mullin, who represents portions of San Mateo County and San Francisco, announced plans to introduce the AV Emergency Response Coordination Act.
