BMW recalls cars over fire risk, asks owners to park cars outside

BMW has issued a vehicle recall due to a fire risk, instructing affected owners to park their cars outdoors.

In New Zealand, BMW NZ has advised vehicle owners to refrain from using remote engine start functions and to avoid leaving their cars running unattended while waiting for necessary repairs to be completed.
