Bolsonaro’s party concedes Brazil election loss to leftist incumbent Lula

Brazil’s Liberal Party, led by former President Jair Bolsonaro, has formally conceded the results of the recent presidential runoff election. The party’s acknowledgment follows a period of uncertainty during which Bolsonaro had suggested he might contest the outcome of the closely fought contest against incumbent leftist leader Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
