BRELA puts dormant firms on notice

The Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (BRELA) in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, has issued a 90-day notice to 5,277 dormant companies warning them of potential removal from the country's Companies Register.

The affected businesses face deregistration after failing to confirm their active business status. The directive was formally communicated through a notice published in the Government Gazette.
