All charges against former Broncos coach Wilhoite have been dismissed, although lawsuit pending

Fired 16 months ago by the Broncos for allegedly punching a police officer at DIA, Wilhoite is back after completing mental-health program and charges dismissed. Considered an up-and-coming coach in the NFL, Wilhoite guided the Broncos’ outside linebackers the past two seasons. Wilhoite had faced misdemeanor charges after he allegedly punched a police officer in the face at DIA.

The police officer has filed a lawsuit against Wilhoite.
