Bunge committee offers advice for healthy workforce

The Parliamentary Committee on Social Welfare and Community Development in Dodoma, Tanzania, has issued recommendations aimed at ensuring a healthy workforce. The committee called upon the government to increase staffing levels at the Occupational Safety and Health Authority (OSHA).

According to the committee, bolstering OSHA's personnel is a necessary step to strengthen the enforcement of protections concerning workers' health, safety, and overall welfare across the country.
