Italian fighter jets operating under a NATO air defense mission in Latvia intercepted and shot down an unmanned aerial vehicle identified as likely being of Ukrainian origin. The incident occurred following a series of overnight drone strikes launched by Kyiv against targets in St. Petersburg.
