Adrián Alexis C.B., identified by the alias "El Fantasma," was arrested on Friday in the municipality of Aldama, Chihuahua. Elements of the State Secretariat of Public Security carried out the operation in the La Abundancia neighborhood.

Authorities have linked the suspect to the leadership of a criminal cell operating within the region.
