Chamber of Deputies reorganizes committees due to absences

Ten days after the commencement of the second ordinary legislative session of 2026, the National Congress of the Dominican Republic is progressing at a slow pace. In response, both the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate have scheduled a reorganization of their permanent committees for Wednesday.
