Canada designates Alberta to B.C. oil pipeline as project of national interest

The federal government fast-tracks Alberta's $44B Pacific Link oil pipeline under the new Building Canada Act PM Carney cited its ability to create jobs, diversify away from the U.S. as a trade partner, and boost Canada's position as a global energy superpower.
