Canada imposes tariffs of up to 50% on US products.

Canada announced on Tuesday that it is imposing tariffs of up to 50 percent on American goods valued at approximately 27.6 billion Canadian dollars, which equates to about 20 billion US dollars.

Alongside the tariff measures targeting products from the United States, the Canadian government also revealed a financial assistance package totaling 7.5 billion dollars.
