Three men caught dismantling a stolen vehicle: neighbors noticed and called the police

Three men were arrested in a parking lot located in the 7 de Agosto neighborhood, within the Barrios Unidos locality of Bogotá, while allegedly dismantling a vehicle. The vehicle had been reported stolen a day prior in the Suba sector.

The arrests were carried out after alert neighbors noticed the suspicious activity and contacted the National Police, leading to the intervention of authorities at the scene.
