Capturan a hombre que permaneció 21 años prófugo tras ser condenado por homicidio, secuestro y violación sexual

Peruvian police have captured Henry Chauca Conde, also known as Fabián Chauca, who had spent 21 years as a fugitive. The arrest followed a tracking operation by the National Police of Peru (PNP).

Chauca Conde remained in hiding despite having been convicted of homicide, kidnapping, and sexual assault, carrying a sentence of 16 years of effective prison time.
