Capturan en Mazatlán a "El Taliban", integrante de "Los Chapitos" ligado al secuestro de los diez mineros de La Concordia

The operation leading to the arrest took place over two days in October and involved multiple municipalities in Sinaloa, resulting in the detention of "El Talibán" alongside a criminal cell operating under the cartel.
