Carboneras (Almería) envía al TSJA tres de los recursos contra la nulidad de la licencia del Algarrobico

The Carboneras City Council in Almería has formally submitted three legal appeals to the High Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA) challenging the judicial nullification of the building license for the El Algarrobico hotel. The appeals were initiated by three former mayors of the municipality: José Luis Amérigo, Felipe Cayuela, and Cristóbal Fernández, the latter acting in his capacity as the president of an association.
