Cardinals option Hunter Dobbins to Memphis, add reliever Peter Strzelecki to bullpen

After his 5 1/3 innings on Monday, the Cardinals optioned Hunter Dobbins to Class AAA Memphis and added reliever Peter Strzelecki to the roster.
