Carlos Pimentel explains his absence in the Intrant case

Carlos Pimentel Florenzán, the Director General of Public Procurement in the Dominican Republic, did not appear in court on Tuesday as scheduled. He was expected to testify as a witness during the commencement of the trial regarding the Instituto Nacional de Tránsito y Transporte (Intrant) case.
