Released with precautionary measures for the young man arrested for assaulting another who died in San Juan Beach in Alicante

The duty magistrate heading the 6th Instruction Section of the Alicante Court of Instance has ordered the conditional release of a young man who had been arrested following an assault in the Playa de San Juan area of Alicante that resulted in the victim's death. As part of his provisional release, the court imposed precautionary measures, including the withdrawal of his passport and a prohibition on leaving the national territory.
