Full letter: Herrera Carbuccia explains his decision not to be evaluated

Judge Manuel Herrera Carbuccia has formally decided not to seek reelection or submit to the performance evaluation process initiated by the National Council of Magistracy (CNM) in the Dominican Republic. He submitted a letter to the presidency explaining his decision regarding the evaluation process.

His departure makes him the fourth judge to withdraw from the evaluation and repostulation process overseen by the CNM.
