Cartagena reached a tourism milestone by surpassing 3.3 million visitors, driven by increased traveler numbers, higher visitor spending, and an expansion of international connectivity.

Between January and July, the city received a total of over 3.3 million passengers, which included more than 2.2 million arrivals by air and 1.1 million via other means.
