Almost half of the vehicles imported to the Dominican Republic were SUVs

During the first seven months of the year, the Dominican Republic imported 84,544 transport units, reflecting a positive trend in the local automotive market. Nearly half of these imported vehicles were classified as SUVs (yipetas).
