CHN Case: Court rejects recusal motion by the Public Prosecutor's Office and the judge who granted alternative measures to Pedro Duque will remain in the process

In the ongoing legal proceedings known as the CHN Case, a judicial chamber has officially rejected a disqualification motion (recusación) filed by the Public Ministry (MP). Consequently, the judge who previously granted substitute measures to Pedro Duque will remain in charge of the judicial process.

The decision ensures continuity in the handling of the case regarding Pedro Duque's provisional measures, dismissing the prosecution's attempt to remove the presiding judge from the bench.
