“Nino Dólar” case goes to traffic court

The legal case involving Carlos José Troche Rodríguez, widely known as “Nino Dólar,” has been transferred to a traffic court by Permanent Attention Judge Rigoberto Sena of the National District. The decision follows a fatal incident in which two people traveling on a motorcycle died after being struck by an SUV allegedly driven by Troche Rodríguez.

Family members of the victims, identified in initial reports beginning with the letter W, are involved as the proceedings move from the permanent attention court to the jurisdiction specializing in traffic matters for further judicial processing.
