“Nino Dólar” case goes to traffic court

Judge Rigoberto Sena of the Permanent Attention Court of the National District has declined jurisdiction in the case involving Carlos José Troche Rodríguez, widely known as “Nino Dólar.” The case has been transferred to a traffic tribunal for further proceedings. The legal action follows a fatal collision in which a SUV, allegedly driven by Troche Rodríguez, struck a motorcycle, resulting in the deaths of two individuals. The matter is now set to be handled within the specialized transit court system.
