Central Macedonia Calls For International Recognition of Asia Minor Greek Genocide

The Region of Central Macedonia has announced its continued commitment to preserving the memory of the Asia Minor Greek Genocide and pursuing its international recognition. The announcement was made by Kostas Gioutikas, Deputy Regional Governor and Thessaloniki Deputy Regional Governor.

The initiative focuses on ongoing efforts within the region to advocate for the official historical acknowledgment and global recognition of the events affecting Greeks of Asia Minor.
