Ceuta will resume the events in honor of the Virgin of Africa "despite the exceptional situation" in the city

The Government of Ceuta has authorized the floral offering and the religious procession of the Virgin of Africa to proceed as scheduled. This decision comes despite the prior cancellation of the broader Patron Saint festivities, which were originally slated to take place from August 1 to August 8.
