Ceuta grapples with aftermath of border surge after most migrants leave the Spanish territory

Over the weekend, the Spanish enclave of Ceuta in North Africa no longer appeared to be a city on edge, though residents continued to process the events of the past week. Most of the approximately 60,000 migrants who had swum, scrambled, and charged across the border into the territory had since left.
