The Government of Ceuta will appear as a private prosecutor in the National Court case regarding the mass entry

The Government of Ceuta has decided to act as a private prosecution in the ongoing legal proceedings at the National Court. This decision was finalized during an extraordinary meeting held by the Governing Council on Thursday, September 3.

The case being investigated by the National Court concerns the massive influx of thousands of migrants into the autonomous city. Specifically, the judicial proceedings focus on the events that took place during the unauthorized border entries on July 30 and 31.
