CFMEU organiser urinated on bathroom floor to ‘make a point’, inquiry told

A major contractor on the Coomera Connector has detailed to a commission of inquiry a series of incidents in which CFMEU officials accessed worksites without authorisation. A safety manager has told the CFMEU inquiry a union organiser urinated on a site floor, as staff working on the $1 billion Coomera Connector were left “on edge”.
