Spanish golfer Eugenio Chacarra experienced a difficult start at the Genesis Championship in South Korea on Thursday, finishing his opening round of the DP World Tour event with one stroke over par.

Competing in the tournament, Chacarra currently sits seven strokes behind the leader, South African golfer Casey Jarvis, who dominated the opening day of play.
