Change in mode of support package for Ghanaians returning from South Africa delayed announcement – MTN Board Chairman

Dr. Ishmael Yamson, Chairman of MTN Ghana, has stated that an upcoming announcement regarding a support package for Ghanaians returning from South Africa was delayed due to a decision by the company to review the mode of support.

According to Dr. Yamson, the delay occurred because the MTN Ghana board re-evaluated how the assistance would be delivered to the returnees before making a public disclosure.
