Chavismo y oposición acuerdan discutir "derechos y garantías políticas" la próxima semana

Representatives of Chavismo and an opposition faction have agreed to discuss "political rights and guarantees" during their upcoming sessions next week in Caracas.

According to the officialist delegation, the parties are scheduled to hold their first in-person meeting as part of a newly promoted dialogue framework.
