Chavismo and the opposition are talking for a second day after beginning a dialogue on the transition.

Representatives of the Venezuelan government, led by Delcy Rodríguez, and a faction of the opposition held their second meeting on Friday in Caracas. This session marks the continuation of the first cycle of dialogue aimed at discussing a transition within the country.
