China approved to host first ISO secretariat for artificial ice and snow standards

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has approved China to host the secretariat for an Artificial Ice and Snow Landscape. This marks the first time China has undertaken an ISO technical committee secretariat within the ice and snow sector.

The approval enables China to play a central role in developing and shaping international standards for artificial ice and snow landscapes through the newly established technical committee secretariat.
