China denies being behind hacker groups acting against the US and calls for dialogue in the face of cyberattacks

Chinese authorities formally rejected allegations from the United States regarding state-sponsored cyberattacks targeting high-profile American institutions. The denials follow claims by Washington that two hacking platforms linked to Beijing were utilized to infiltrate networks belonging to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Federal Reserve, and the U.S. Senate.
