Chinese leader pledges to help Brics nations with AI and smart manufacturing

Chinese President Xi Jinping announced a series of initiatives to support Brics nations in the fields of artificial intelligence and smart manufacturing. Speaking on the second day of the Brics summit in New Delhi, Xi pledged to assist member countries in the development and application of open-source large language models and the construction of smart manufacturing facilities. These commitments represent two of five key initiatives introduced by the Chinese leadership to foster technological cooperation among the bloc's members.
