Chinese state-owned XCMG facing lawsuits alleging it defrauded Canadian equipment dealers

Chinese state-owned heavy equipment manufacturer XCMG is facing lawsuits filed by Canadian equipment dealers who allege they were defrauded by the company.

According to veteran heavy equipment dealer Ryan Martin at Vancouver's law courts on Friday, the business relationship with XCMG began in 2017 and operated successfully until approximately 2021 before legal action ensued.
