Chocó completed the first phase of delivering humanitarian aid to those affected by the earthquake

Chocó has successfully concluded the first phase of its emergency humanitarian aid delivery to families affected by the magnitude 7.4 earthquake that struck on August 10. The completion of this initial phase was achieved on Sunday, August 23.

The earthquake's epicenter was officially located in the municipality of San José del Palma, triggering the subsequent relief efforts and emergency response for the local population that culminated in the end-of-August milestone.
