Chocó will have a manager for the reconstruction after the 7.4 magnitude earthquake: Abelardo de la Espriella revealed the plan

Following a 7.4-magnitude earthquake on the morning of August 10, the department of Chocó has been designated a reconstruction manager, as revealed in a plan presented by Abelardo de la Espriella.

Chocó suffered the most severe impact from the seismic event, which had its epicenter in San José del Palmar. The department sustained extensive damage, resulting in a high number of affected families and damaged buildings throughout the region.
