Clash between CCL and OECE over arbitration centers: body leaves companies with fewer options to defend themselves against the State

The Cámara de Comercio de Lima (CCL) has formally requested that the current administration of the Organismo Especializado para las Contrataciones Públicas Eficientes (OECE) review and modify regulations implemented by the previous management.
